hey guys

just recently while playing with monte, whenever his eyes pin weve noticed the whites of his eyes are quite red..

is this anything to be worried about or could it be just like humans LOL we get red eyes when were tired, allergic to something..

His physical activity levels are still quite high, chirpy and his diet is the same as always.

any ideas as to what it may be?

Same as people, Datsun's eyes change from bloodshot to clear depending on how he slept and how he is feeling etc.. perfectly normal

cookies eyes get red as well i was actually going to write in and ask about that myself so thanks answered my question

lol - how simple is the answer. who woulda thought that animals can get a restless nights sleep. thats so cute in a way.

That's funny Smokey also gets red eyes and I have also wondered if this is normal. Because it doesn't bother him and it goes away quickly I haven't bothered to have him checked out. But now I know.
