so i try to spoil him and have one bowl of money nuts one bowl of fruit / veggies and then one bowl of normal food but they are nesting on 4 birds at the moment so they are eating alot of food i have to put food out in the morning and at the night time also
the food goes down so fast lol but the babies are gettin big fast also.

Of course! Fruits and Vegies are a must for a healthy diet. They can't just live on pellets/seeds. Lately I've been creative and made some muffins and bickies for them that seem to be a hit!

Never feed them avocado, apple seeds, too much salt or anything with caffiene, coffee, chocolate.. These are deadly.

Thats probably true! I don't know about other animals but its not a good thing for birds.

Oh, and no alcohol too! But who in their right mind would feed alcohol to an animal?

For breeder birds that are feeding chicks give them soft foods beans, rice, sweet potatoes, spinach, boiled eggs w/shell. ect. Don't leave these kinda of foods in the cage over 2 hours
