well i've been talking about getting him for awhile and been asking all kinds of questions to try and prepare myself for him, and now he's here.
His name is Fang.
He will be 4 months old on the 13th of July. He's a blue lace wing.

We call that stretch the "Ballerina" and then after that they usually do the "Angel".

i do believe he is starting his bluffing stage though. hes getting very territorial over his cage and is starting to lunge at me or my wife if we go near then he goes to the top his cage only to fly off somewhere around the house. (and his wings are clipped!)
but if we can get him on our hand or finger and get him to our room he is perfectly fine.....
and to think, when we first got him he was a sweet heart LOL

Glad to see Fang is settling in.

He's actually a Blue split Lacewing split Cinnamon also written as Blue/Lacewing/Cinnamon. What that means is he is not visual for Lacewing and Cinnamon but he carries those genes and he could throw colorful babies in case you may want to breed him in the future.

Fang's father is a Grey Lacewing and his mother is a Green Cinnamon split Blue. Because of these parents, he is a guaranteed Male due to the sex-link inheritance of his father.
