My nose is running, but blocked
My body aches
My throat hurts
My head feels like its going to blow up
My ears are blocked and hurt a little
I feel very delicate and want to cry

aww, you poor thing. Tiffany has come down with it again too. Try doing something that will make you sweat and try to get it out of your system quicker.

Massive honey and lemon (makes ya sweat!) and a good soak in my spa bath is in order I think.

I agree. I don't know if you have it there but what usually helps me when I'm sick is Echinacea tea by Herbal Medicinals.. otherwise you could try tablets. :)

Yeah ! good idea Echinacea might send hubby out to get some. Wish I knew how to use it out of the garden, I have it growing .. sigh!

Well I took julies advice .. got up this morning, my head blew up a few times, walked off the shakes, and with blocked ears and spluttering i donned my warms and headed out into the garden during the sunny breaks, moved a few cub.mtrs of soil around, shovelling and barrowing.
Sweat it out !! omg ! think I did that .. bla ! might find out it was a bad thing to do, but sure feels good to be out in the sun and the cold air.

Oh Angie! Thats no good. Rug up in front of a few good movies and drink lots of fluids. Take care of yourself.

woohooo ! I have a sexy 0055 phone voice going on .. only bad thing is after that comes the sore throat and night coughing (no rest)
