New IRN

Hi everyone: Two months ago, I adopted a green IRN hen named Sophie. I've kept budgies before, but never an IRN, and just learned about them when I was considering adopting another bird and found Sophie's listing on PetFinder. She is either incredibly trusting (she climbed right out of the cage and up my arm onto my shoulder the second day after I got her home, and that's still her favorite spot), or she recognizes a gullible minion when she gets one in her sights. I'm very happy to have located this site: members here have posted a lot of information I've found helpful.

Julie, I don't know how old she is. The folks at the shelter thought she was young but couldn't tell me for sure, unfortunately. She seems young, but then so does my 10-year-old budgie sometimes.
And she's molting right now and looking kind of ragged, so I'll have to post pictures later.
