Hello everyone from San Diego

Hi everyone, first off I wanted to say great site here. Found many answers to questions I had. Like broken tail feather and bluffing.

My name is Keith and our bird's name is Bobby Lee. Bobby Lee is a grey IRN hatched on 24 Feb, 07. We got him back in April and he soon became a big part of our family.

My family also includes my wife Milena, my son Levi, and daughter Deserae. Also our small dog Tristen.

I really like the description about IRN on this website. It allowed me to see why my bird acts like he does. Mostly his fearlessness of running around the house exploring and chasing the dog.

Other things I love is how he jumps off his tree stand and will walk over to me and start nuzzling my leg so that I pick him up or the one time I was on the computer and felt something pulling at my headphones, only to look down and see him climbing his way up from the ground using the cable so that he could sit on my shoulder.

I say he only as a figure of speach, do not know the actual sex.

Again, thanks for all the fascinating information and topics everyone has posted. I found them to be very insightful and helpful.
