I have a lovebird in a cage that size.

I have a large steel cage for my Sunny. I shall take a pic for you.

The cage needs to be big enough to accomadate for their long tails and for them to stretch their wings out. They do need thick perches too. So if you can find some thicker perches that would be great. Even better, thick branches.

My Jibby used to have a cage that size. But of course he only slept in it. Plenty of time out of the cage. We've got a bigger cage now. Yodas is still a little small. But it will do for now until I can afford to get a big one.

I'm thinking of getting lovebirds to put in Jibbys old cage. Its just sitting on the balcony.

I bought this cage second hand. To buy new they are about $570AUD. I paid $150 for it.

It was dismantled and very dirty from storage but I managed to get it assembled (alot of swearing involved). I just bleached it and scrubbed it until I was happy with it.

That's a great one Lauren. I would prefer to have one that shape. One day I will treat him/her to a new cage.

I need some new toys now. I bought recently a fantastic toy until he/she figured out how to chew through the leather holding it together.

Cages here are sooo incredible expensive huh? I bought mine on ebay. Saved a few hundred dollars.

I need new toys too. They've destroyed all of them. I've just bought tones of beads and cotton rope and stuff to make toys. But I'm really not sure if it works out cheaper than just buying the toys ready made. :? Oh well, it should be fun making my own. :D

I bought my toys off an ebay seller. He's apparently a parrot breeder too.
