Well today I wanted to hang out with my bird and he realy did not want to today. He got real nippy and I still held him. He was on my finger and gave me tons of kisses. Once he got on my finger he just calmed down. Now he is with me watching me type. He seems to now scream when he wants me to come close. He loves getting kisses. He is such a good boy.

Oh so you have a kissaholic too? My little clingon bird, Audi will do just about anything for a kiss, and Datsun is a daddy kiss fan, all he wants from dad is "kiss kiss?" poor Grayson gets bombarded with it from the second he gets home at night...

I think our fids need kissaholics anonomous. Jibby kisses everything he likes. Walks around kissing things including himself! Silly birdys.

Oscar will make kissy nosies when he is eating also it is so funny. Now when I come to the cage he will say kiss and stick his beak out it is so cute. I think he is tameing good for me becouse the first 2mo or so I just let him settle in I did not hold him too much but I did talk to him in the cage. I got him used to me being there with him. He came from a breeder that had him and a nother one in a small cage in a trailer that no one lived in. So I would say other than feeding time he had no human contact. So I realy wanted to make him feel safe here.

LOL Prinny does the kiss-kiss thing too. She'll tell me to 'come here' and 'gimme a kiss' She could play that game for hours!
