OMG - they are so ugly but beautiful at that age!
I am just raising 2 tiels and they look exactly the same - mouths are always open wantin a good feed.

Just sooo cute ! .. you know I began to chuckle, only because it looks to me like he is leaning on one little wingy with the other little wingy on his hip, and he looks like he is demanding something

He couldnt have got a better Mama! Congrats girl! My dream bird -sigh- but my family is 'noise sensitive' so until I get rid of them, no 'too for moi.
But... One fine day! Until then, I'll just love your baby! Im so happy for you. We are both waiting to bring new babies home... is it killing you to? I cant go see mine until we get back home to the Keys. My baby is in Miami.

AWW Thanks Mik I had a hard time leaving it yesterday but I know it's in good hands. I would finish weaning it but my time between work and my own babies coming soon (i hope) it's just better for it to stay where it's at for now. Yesterday was the first time since it hatched that I seen it in person. I've had other Too's but they were rescues with major problems so this one is going to be a treat for me.
I'll bet your baby is just about ready to come home! OBW love your new house can't wait to see pics of the inside. Keep us posted on your new baby and house we've missed ya around here

What a cute little baby. But I know from handfeeding different baby birds they start out naked and ugly. LOL.

gorgious bird i love the color of these kind of birds they know how to make them selves look nice also feathers clean etc.
congrats on gettin your new baby hope everything works out for you all.
