Indian Ringneck Parakeets

Hello...My name is Sandra Muraca; I live in Poquoson, Virginia (Southeastern part of state next to the Chesapeake Bay). We have had a wild parrot "visiting" us since early last Summer. You are correct in that there is very little information out there about ringneck parakeets. I was fortunate to encounter someone who assisted me in identifying our visiting wild parrot as a female "Rose-Ringed Parakeet" who I have affectionately named "Buddy." Your website was also given to me and I am looking forward to learning more about Ringneck Parrots. Thank You for having the website available...Sandra
