No chit chat so I dont have to weed through and delete tons of stuff. Lets keep it flowing. If you have a question or comment about a bird, post it in a new thread or PM. Any other posts on this thread will be removed.
Just post a good pic of your bird:

I recently bought a fine book on breeding IRN,s and it has I would imagine every mutation possible in it. Would it be wrong to scan them from the book and post them here?

Hmm. I would put somewhere on the picture where you got it from. The net is full of copyrighted material so I'm not sure what you can and cannot do.

Well, I just read the front cover and it says it is unlawful to reproduce by any means any part of the book, without written permission. It is covered by a copyright. He he, It's an Austrailian copy right and I live in the US

What are they going to do? Extradite me? I'm just kidding ofcourse. It's a lovely book and they are entitled to earn money off of it. So, what I can do is recommend the book highly, and say it is a must for any serious breeder of IRN's, especially the mutations. The book is called The Indian Ringneck. Breeder's Handbook. By Phil Robson. First published in 2001 by Clifden Park Press And reprinted in 2005.Printed in Queen'sland by Kingwood Press, Underwood, Queensland, Australia. I purchased it through Avian Press in the United States for $29.95 plus $10 shipping. It has some lovely photos from A.C. Lynch of Mighty Mutations Who also has a wonderful website. Over 1/2 of the book is text covering the fine details of breeding. Full page photos include a Blue male, a Lutino male,an Albino, a Grey-Green male,a Grey male, Let me finish by saying I only bought it for the pictures and I have no intenta Grey hen, a Pastel Blue hen,a Cremino male,a Pastel Grey male,a green Lacewing hen,a pastelblue male. a blue lacewing hen, a grey lacewing cock, a Grey Green lacewing cockand hen, a cinnamon hen, a Golden Olive cock, a Silver cock, and hen, a pastel silver hen,a Skyblue hen, and one page showing 4 pictures. One of a Violet hen, a Yellow headedyellow tailed cock, a Cobalt cock, and a Pastelblue Cobalt Lacewing cock. Whew! That wore me out! Let me finish by saying I only bought it for the pictures and have no intent of breeding so if any of you think you might need this book more than I PM me or I have posted my email addy on the thread everyone else has and i can let it go.
