does anyone have any suggestion on how to get my irn to atleast tolerate my husband. I know that Nora is jealous of my husband and my relationship and I am looking for guidance.
We tried having him "rescue" Nora from the inlaws house, where she at while we were out of town for several days. Apparently as soon as Nora saw him she started screaming, and then screamed the entire ride home (she normally likes car rides). It was very discouraging.
They dont have to love each other...i just want them to get along!

You can try having him give her treats at a certain hour of the day every day and you leave the room where she can not see or hear you. Then if she is taking treats ok have him take her out of cage (with you out of sight) have him talk to her in a soft voice. Everything should be done with you out of the room. Be patient things like this take time but if your husband really wants to gain her trust then he must do the work. Good luck. Donna
