Willie Takes a REAL Shower!! :o)

i've said before that Max showers with me EVERY a.m., but Willie's been content with his trigger-spray bottle ... well, a few days ago, i said, "by damn, he's gettin' in there!!" ya see, if i leave the doors to the bird/computer room & the bathroom open, they can see the shower ... poor Willie got to where he wuz watching me & Max & he'd start making his little boy ringneck noises ... sorta like ... "ya know, that MIGHT be kinda nice ... ummm, Maxie seems to enjoy it" ... sooooooo, i had just trimmed his wings a little cuz he wuz gettin' kinda friskie ... flying off my finger after he stepped up ... i finally just covered him with a towel & placed him on the rod opposite Max's ... lo & behold, he LOVED it ... after i step in, i get him to step up & he gets under the shower & just lets it rain all over him!! today, i didn't even hafta cover him (the shower wuz already running) ... he just stepped up & i took him right in there & he stepped up onto the rod by himself!! it may not sound like much to y'all, but it REALLY is a big step for him ... he wuz SOOOOOO wild when i got him. here's the "kicker" ... if i let him get on the same rod with Max, she climbs all the way up onto the shower head to get away from him 
... he's only HALF her size, but she SOOOO knows who's the boss of her !! (other than me, of course!)
