My quaker used to love to laugh if he heard the tv and they were laughing or if we were laughing he would join in.
Do any of your ringnecks laugh?
I've had a cold and you know I thing that little stinker Nila was copying my cough. He did it several times and would look at me. Made me laugh. It would be fun if I could teach him to do that on command.

Hi Sue,
My "tiel" Birdius has a positively maniacal laugh

It was really funny when I took him back to visit with the breeder and with a crowd present, he left off a cackle worthy of Vincent Price!

When PeeGee gets really mad, she laughs, the most evil laugh -- HAHAHAHAHA!!! Like, when the vet is examining her or trimming her wings, and has her wrapped in a towel, she gets really mad and starts to laugh. It's hilarious. She only laughs when she's mad.
