Dear All Is their any treatment option available for treating scaly face mites in ringnecks.
One of my bird is suffering with this infestation.

The most common cause is Vitamin A deficiency. Remove and discard all perches and thoroughly clean the cage, paying special attention to corners and crevices. Put new perches in the cage. Amazon sell veterinary treatments for scaly mites, so while you await delivery, you can apply olive oil to soften the crust of the scale. In future, make sure your bird gets a diet rich in Vitamin A.
