I have read all sorts of dimensions for cages and nestboxes. I have my birds in 15 inch high, 3 feet long and 18 inch deep cages with nestboxes that are 19 inches high, 9 to 11 inches wide and 14 inches deep.
According to Jack Bastiaan, author of Asiatic Parrots and their mutations, a general guideline for nestboxes is 60 X 28 x 28 cm with an entrance of 8 cm. They have their birds in an outdoor aviary, so they have real big flight cages. According to Syd and Jack Smith, authors of A Guide to Asiatic Parrots their mutations, care and breeding, they use hollow logs, hung vertically, that are 900mm (3 feet long) with an inside diameter of 200-250mm (8-10 inches) with a top entrance hole of 75mm or 3 inches. They too have outside aviaries but recommend open flight cgaes 4.8 meters to 6.6 meters or 16 feet to 22 feet.
I house my birds inside so I don't have that kind of room unfortunately. But they are happy in the cages they have. My advice to you is to have the space big enough where they have some floor room and each can have a side of the cage if they want it. For the nestbox, some of those measurements were just too small in my opinion. I have enough room for both birds to be in there and allow the hen to find the most suitable location for her eggs. My nestboxes have a slight dropdown too. Alot of people make L shaped nestboxes with the hole at the top of the L. There is all kinds of advice out there. Check out

Best of luck, I hope this helps!
