HELP please. is my ringneck

Hi can anyone help. I got a male ringneck about 3 months a go. The man said he was molting. He had not tail feathers and they still haven't grown back. It doesn't even look like they are growing back. Is this a normal thing or is there something wrong with him. Thanks

Best to take him to an Avian vet for expert advice.

Three months does seem to be a very long time, normally they're back in Weeks not months. Get him vet checked, and then decide what's to be done about the guy who sold you the bird.
