Hello, my name is Abby and I am from Texas. I am married to a wonderful man and our 2 yr. anniversary will be comming up in October. We have a house full of animals, I just love them so much. Of course we have a 2 yr. old ringneck, Sylvester who is spoiled rotten. We also have a 13 yr. old nanday conure, Faith, a 12 yr. old dog, Precious, and 4 fish tanks with various types of fish. lol whew, I think I got everyone in. I am happy to be a member.

I think in a perfect world myspace.com would be an AWESOME tool. But, too many sickos out there for me to deal with or weed through.

I use photobucket but you use whom you want. It is WAY easier than it sounds.

1 upload pics to photobucket

2 Paste [img] tag into message box.

3 Hit submit and your picture will show as the new page loads.

That easy so dont let it mess with you.

Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed).

It is so simple it is complex... for real, screws with us all until we get our first pic up. Then we are like uhm der.

Ok, well I figured out how to get the link to put the pic. on there, but its REALLY REALLY big. How do I make it smaller so It doesnt take up the whole page. lol Thanks

Resize it in a photo editing program. You can even resize pics in MS Word.
