Poopy bum

My indian ringneck is 8 weeks old we have just started weaning him/her
Gets one feed at night bout 9/10 pm and has seed, pellets, fresh water, fruit/vegies during the day (have seen him/her eating)
Vegies consist of Kale, corn, apple, peas, mung beans, carrots
For last 3 days we have noticed he has a poopy bum (green poop all around his bottom and stained feathers)only way to get off is to bath him. Other baby in with him is perfectly fine.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? could it be too much Kale
