hi i have a female IRN and would like to get a male. this is my problem i dont know a good way to introduce a male to a female and need some good advice.

put the male in the cage you plan to keep them in,the female in another cage keep like this for a while , the male will get to know the cage as his territory, then bring the females cage close to the males cage and let them get accustomed to one another moving the cages closer to each other as time goes on once the cages are right next to each other watch for the birds to start sleeping as close as they can together in the two cages then introduce the female into the males cage never put a male in a females cage, females get very territorial and aggressive and are known to attack and kill males so remember always put the female into the males cage
