According to A Guide to Asiatic Parrots their mutations, care and breding by Syd and Jack Smith clearheads or lacewings should not be mixed. There is a genetic chart on lacewings on http://www.inet-1.com/~wademan/lacewingchart.htm or if that link does not work it is outback aviaries ringneck genetic charts that might could help you. It looks as if you can have both parents as lacewings according to his chart. I hope this helps!
