Iv had my indian ring neck parrot for about a month now he takes food from my hand and sometimes climbs on my shoulder (when walkin on the floor he climb up) but he is scared of my hand alot even when i take a stick close for him to step up he runs away the biting i have got under control by saying good boy when he dosent bite me but as much as i try tell him not to run away he just keeps running away can someone tell me a good way to get him use to my hand ? Please

This is a very common topic on here, try using the search function on here to look up suggestions on taming.
It takes lots of patience to make friends with a ringneck, you have to work out how to convince them to come to you without chasing them.
