ringneck beak colour

Hi i've just purchased a 13 week old IRN , I just want to know if its normal for it to have a pinkish beak as all photos i have seen of IRN they have orange and black beaks??

indian ringnecks don't have black beaks african ringnecks do

I know that but in some pictures their bottom beak looks black to me

Mature IRNS either have all red beaks or red top and black bottom beaks depending on the amount of eumelanin (grey family pigments) in the mutation. Juvenile birds often have quite a bit of black in the top mandible that changes to red as they get older.
I don't recall ever seeing a bird with a pale beak.
