Tiki is infatuated with his toy plastic pacifier. I am going to have to get a video of this, it is too cute. The pacifier hangs from a branch on his cage top tree gym. Tiki will do his little male dance by holding his wings out in a heart shape and he will bob his head and hop around the pacifier. Then he will go up to it and touch it with his beak and he makes little chirp sounds to it and he even talks to it. “Who’s a good birdie, Tiki Tiki, I Love You, What are you doing?", etc. etc. etc He also will walk underneath it and rub his head on it. Every time I get the camera out he stops, but hopefully I will catch him doing it soon, because it is too funny!

Thanks Dani,
I just love that picture of Tiki as well. I even had this photo enlarged to an 11x14 and I am entering the photo in the local fair photography contest this year.
Oh and I just have to tell you, yesterday while reading the local sale ads in the pet section, I found a 4 year old male ekkie just like Bodi for sale with his cage for only $450. Boy was I tempted to call them, however I am already getting my Grey in a month or two and I don't have room for another cage and I know my husband would not allow it anyway. But boy would I LOVE to have that bird! Yes, I too have a bird addiction. I am going to have to join you and Mik. *stands - "I Lisa also have a bird addiction and I find it VERY hard to stop bringing new fids into my house!"*

Imported some pacifiers from the states and my irns love them. Coco keeps taking hers up on her perch then dropping it and repeating the same process. Can get a little annoying when u hear bang bang bang for hours. For the Aussies, we will have these available some time in July for u to buy.
