Hi everyone!...I have a 2 1/2 year old blue IRN male....I am considering getting a mate for him....There are a few hens in my area that are for sale...They a pallid, a violet & a turquoise cinnamon.....I am leaning towards the violet hen because the colour is so beautiful but would either of the other hens be a better match to get interesting colours of babies?....What colours would my blue and the violet give me?.....

my opinion is the violet would be the best choice and you will get blue and violet babies

Thank you so much MikeB. I was leaning towards violet just because I love the color. Now I can buy my favorite color and get the best genetics! Bonus!!
