thats how indies started coming in.i seen on another site that it is supposed to start coming in under the beak but indies and ducky both started from the back.

Its so neat when the rings first come in, you get to watch it... a feather here and one there, then suddenly its in!

Hello again Elaine,
Here's a picture of my Grey. He is actually a Grey Pallid with the white head and lighter grey hue. But he has a black and white ring just the same.
Here's what a normal Grey would look like. Jeremy owns a splendid specimen.

Thanks for the pics of the greys, they are beautiful. I am so looking forward to my baby growing up to be that stunning however I do find his little baby face makes me melt

. Now I realise he still has alot of growing to do.
