Male OR female..Funny behavior!!

Post by Haifa »

My IRN kiwi is acting so goofy i love it. I have a really strong feeling that it is a male. He or she is Extremely cokcy and sort of spreads wings out half way and walks around like the boss man. I dont know how else to explain it besides just the fact that kiwi majorly shows off... Stretches, talks and the whole thing. ANy ideas? Male, Female??[/b]

Males like to strut, but I've known hens to do it too. Mazzie struts when she's really ticked off ;)

Kyria is right the only way to truly tell is with a DNA test...but it sounds like male behaviour. Of course there are those exceptions (Mazzie being one  )

You description sounds just like Busey's dance!
He's a DNA sexed male.
Go check out the video section for his dancing video!
Oh, and a whole TON of other awesome videos as well!
