My baby attacked me for the first time!! Help?!

I have two baby indian ringnecks. They were born in October last year.. so not so much babies anymore :/ My mother and I raised them both (Their parents are ours. We didn't buy them.) One of them is quite aggressive towards the other. He/she will go out of their way to attack the other and take over an area or food. He/she is very tame and affectionate towards us, though. She/he loves cuddles and kisses :3
Anyway.. today they were both sitting on my shoulders. They seemed fine but all of a sudden Sooki (the agro one) attacked Chooki (Sooki's sibling.) I tried to separate them and Sooki bit me really hard. I couldn't even pick him/her up
I got my mother to grab Sooki and calm him/her down. Why did Sooki attack ME? 
( We will be separating them now for their safety btw.
