a Blue Pallid (lacewing) is essentially a pale blue looking bird with a white head and usually a white tail.

No they are not siblings the green is last year's baby the blue us weaning now and the pallid has 4 weeks left,I have been wanting a green and a blue male, and that's what he has right now that he can see color on.I have a grey green pallid female,if I'm looking at possible breeding in the future would the pallid male be the best match for her?

Yes, if you'd like to breed more Pallids :)
