How to tell if baby ringneck is sick or healthy

My baby irn is about 7-8 weeks old.
He does not stand normally. It is hard to explain because i dont think its something wrong with his legs because he walks and flies pretty well. However, when he is perched he stoops, and is always crying although he eats well too. Also, i'm not sure his digestion is good because he does not poop a lot.
