My little Jade will hold onto her branch with her feet and flap her wings like shes flying but wont actually fly anywhere...she can fly and does but a lot of times she just does this flapping...is there a reason for ot?

Just getting some exercise. Lots of birds do this. If it is cool in her room, it is possible she is trying to warm up but generally, exercise. Should not be anything to worry about.

Yepm mine do it all the time. It is for exercise, baby birds will do the same to strengthen their wings before taking that first flight, completely normal.
