Need tips for taming

I recently adopted a 5 year old irn who previously plucked herself she doesn't appear to pull feathers any longer, and she is not hand trained. I also have a conure and was woundering if it is a good idea to introduce them to help with the traing of my IRN. The conure is hand trained and very friendly.
