a while ago i posted that i was having problems with my IRN Harry.

well its all going very slowly but he does now sit next to me in his cage (not taking treats yet)

He does not flap around the cage at me anymore.

we are getting there slowly.

Hi I am glad things are going better. I believe I may have read some of your previous posts. I believe that unless you get your IRN DNA checked you have a bit of a waiting game. The males do get a prominently colored ring around their neck (I believe some specific colors of females get a light ring) but it can start at approximately 18 month or closer to three years. My guy made we wait.

My hen is called Billie, if it turns out to be a male then l am covered but it laid 10 eggs no worry l'm still covered.
