Never mind. I think I may have just figured it out. LOL Dad would have to be split PAR blue, right?

Yes you're spot on. If the chick is turquoise, the cock bird will be split turquoise and not split for blue. If he also proves to be split ino, you will get creamino hens and albino hens from that pairing as well as blues, greens and turquoise in cocks and hens.
