potty training to ringnecks

does any one knows how to potty train my ringneck wings are clipped and they dont want to stay on floor either does any one knows what to do with them

It is possible to toilet train a ringneck, however, personally I wouldn't generally recommend it, especially if you're new to ringnecks. Toilet training them can run the danger that they will hold it in until you tell them they can go and holding it in can do them internal damage. Instead, I'd suggest putting newspaper or something on the floor in the usual places your bird will go. I also use old towels and plastic painting sheets.
