Hand reared

Does anyone know or has done, put an hand reared tame bird with an aviary breed and raised bird? Did it work or do you advice not to?

I have a hand-reared female and an aviary/parent reared male in the same cage and they get along fine.
The female did become a bit more "wild" but she still allows me to scratch her whenever her mood allows it. Both her and the male take treats from my hand.
So to sum up: in my experience it can be done successfully but it might depend on the individual birds.
