Does anyone know what the going price is for a young turquious indian ringneck breeder 3 years old?

In California, breeding age male Turquoise range from $150 to $300 depending on how desperate the breeders are in selling their bird.
I was at another breeder the other day and he was selling a female Turquoise for $200, $250 for male Turquoise, and $300 for Turquoise Lacewings... all breeding age.
