Brief about us....


We got Harry on Monday night was aviary breed and petrified.


Today we uncovered Harry and I asked my partner have you swapped him?

He looks so much more alert happy and content!

He has started playing with his toys and is constantly doing something!

We have started step up on a perch he is getting that really quick I am also stroking him with said perch no biting squawking as a reward we are putting sunflower hearts of the end of perch and he is taking them!

Can't believe how he has changed in such a short time! Can honestly say hang in there to the newbies!

I'm looking forward so much to my future with Harry.

Think I may use this thread as a training update!

I got a young aviary raised irn a few months ago, as soon as she realised I wasn't going to hurt her and I had apples to share she turned into super confident little pet too. She is now a total explorer and even took going on holiday with us for a few days in her stride.

So today has consisted of me giving sunflower hearts as treats and Harry making noises at me! So cute!

I'm so happy with him!

After doing more research I do not believe he is 4/5 months but older.... I've come to terms after speaking to someone who got there bird from the same place and it passing away that Harry did not come from the nicest of places! But he is who he is and I accept that!

Will def get from an actual repretable breeder next time!
