HELP WITH MY IRN BABY!!

Hi guys,
If anyone could help us that would be fantastic! We breed and hand raise birds and one of our little girls which is a silver IRN about 9 weeks old now, well one day I noticed she had a little fresh blood scab where one of her tail feathers goes in I fought maybe my Alex bit her but wasn't sure, so I cleaned it and put some anti-septic cream on and it seemed to way I put her to bed last night with other 4 IRNS that are very quiet nice birds and this morning when I go her out her tail feathers are all over the place and seems a little in pain
and their I ds blood scan again
any options or ideas anyone could give me would be fantastic! Thank you!!!!
