Image was with a flash. The grey bucket is far better than a white one.

Willy,
did you also get any non emeralds in that nest?
i got 1 emerald out of 4chicks , not so lucky ... as was my season.

Ben, the Emerald was from another clutch, the others have a Deep Blue sibling.

Deep EmeraldBlue has a very interesting phenotype. - feels like emerald completes deep
Did you breed from a Deep EmeraldBlue this year? any unusual results?

For me a nest of EmeraldBlue, Blue, Cobalt and VioletBlue. Here compare with a nest of Gary Taylor:
cleartails in EmeraldBleu, Blue, 2x Cobalt and Violet(df)blue
