question about blue colored irn and a pic for questioning

I have a blue IRN which had a beautiful bright color blue when i bought her as a baby. within the year her color as really duled out. her flight feathers and some tail feathers still have that color but her body and else where is kind of diluted. Do you know why this happens? and what color mutation would you call her? thank yoU!

yep, they are old feathers- it is normal for them to be faded at the end of their wear- after the molt your bird will have nice 'fresh blue' feathers again.
edit- she is Blue(normal).
