Hi All from beautiful South Africa


I finally decided to get myself a female ringneck, the guys at the petshop say she about 6 to 7 weeks old. im not sure if this is true, she is able to eat seed and fly, i will have to read up on the forum and maybe find out a bit more about that.
I am joining to fins out more about these amazing birds, she is kind of tame but still bites quiet a bit and is very scared.
if anyone can point me to the right threads to read up on i would really appreciate it.

You'll find lots of taming tips in the Taming and Behaviour section, lots of people go through the same as you are at the moment. There is also a search facility at the top of the page which you can put keywords into to help you.
