I have been reading the forum here for a while so I thought I would join. I have two cockatiels (I have had one for about 5 years and another for 2 years). I am a new owner of a Lacewing male ringneck who is about 4 months old. I still have not picked a name yet
I am working on hand taming him (from his cage). He will get on my hand when away from his cage (even in sight of it) but will only get on my hand (if he is on the cage or in) when I have food for him. Otherwise, in his cage, he runs away. I have only had him for a few days though. I didn't hear a sound out of him until today where I heard a little chirp come from him...here are some pics of my birds for you.
