IRN picking at legs and feet.

Lately my 2 and 1/2 year old female IRN has had very dry irritated legs and feet. She has began to pick at them util they bleed which has me quite worried. She's been treated for mites recently so I can't imagine that would be the cause. Are there any remedies for her dry skin? Any help would be much appreciated.
