Im on the pc, hubbys in the kitchen with Marley, rememberin marley doesnt seem to like hubby, and hubbys not exactly bowled over with marley  but they are chirping away together in the kitchen. Usualy if hubby goes in the kitchen marley will scream and holla at him. Surely they arnt secretly friends  I wont mention it ,am chuffed marely is accepting him.Jus as long as they remember who's mum [and the boss  ] anyway why do hubbies do that ' couldnt careless' thing when its quite clear that they can do the baby waby voice too, huh, why do they do it :? natalie xx

hehehe sounds to me like your hubby has taken a liking to Marley. Just be ready if Marley and him end up 'bonding' as much as an IRN will bond to someone. Marley may end up being like Mazzie and only really enjoying the company of one person. Handle him as much as possible...and don't let those bites scare you. He's just testing to see if he can get away with anything.

My hubby thinks I am ready for a padded cell when it comes to my baby ringneck!! Especially when I make comments about 'the expression in his eyes or the look of happiness on his face". Hubby tells me I am mad. However the other day when I caught his whistling with my baby, (thought I couldn't hear :D ) he said ' your bird had a bored lonely look on his face, that's why I started whistling to him'. When I reminded him how he thinks I am mad that a bird has expression he had no come back, I think he secretly likes my baby bird but too embarrassed to admit it!!!
