This is an alexandrine, correct? I have never seen this pattern of feather-loss. Is he rubbing his forehead on anything a lot (it looks like it could be so, from the fading on the beak)? That could cause this, it could be behavioral or physical. This is something an avian vet should be looking at to check for mites that could be itchy. There are worse things, but those worse things would normally be causing feather problems all over the body. While the tail feathers have either been broken by a too small cage or rough cage-mates, that wouldn't be indicative of those worse problems. Better safe than sorry though and get it checked by a vet. Please keep us updated.

That is a hybridized Alex. It looks like he was in a cage that was too large and had horizontal bars that had too wide of spacing, at least an inch or more. If the cage was overcrowded with birds he may have constantly been trying to escape through the bars. It would account for the tail feathers also.

@Melika
Thanks for info i ll go to vet but in Turkey most vets are expert on dog an other kind of animals but avian vets are so less. But i try to find one and keep you guys reported (by the way he is very energetic and eating worlds

if it show something about mites )
@SKyes-crew
Probably you are right because while i was considering to buy Troll (Thats what i call him or her

) He said this happened because of stress and because of he is waiting at the small cage at the petshop . And they are wild caught so big cages
And i have one more if all this happen because of friction (he is only using perches right now for his beak ) before how long it will take to renew the forhead feathers grow and can i make this process faster ? I read carrot will help feathers grow faster and healthy
Warm wishes

I believe molting season in turkey starts some time in November? When he molts he will grow new healthier feathers. I don't know about the carrot. His beak will also shed the old outer layer at that time too and he'll look good as new

Because of mites he feel itchy his head and rub his head to the bars to get rid of itchyness he makes himself bald

Better safe than sorry i ll go to vet 10 hours later and make check up with Troll ( maybe he is trolling me
