Normal Behavior?

Hi!
Quick question. My IRN Jasmine will sit on my shoulder all day, but she is never very active when sitting there. She usually sits in a head down, tail up sort of position and doesn't move or make a sound, except to occasionally give my cheek "kisses". She does groom herself sometimes while on me, or preen my hair, but is it normal for her to sit there so still and hunched up? Does it mean she is scared of me? She has never bitten anyone before and always readily jumps on my hand from her cage.

one of mine is like that. He'll sit on me all afternoon and just hang out.
