I have not heard of a citrus diet that helps the feathers be brighter. I have a couple lutinos. I have noticed that one is in a moulting stage and her feathers are not as vibrant as the others. Perhaps your lutino is moulting right now. Hope this helps!

Hello Jodi

The answer is apple cider vinegar. You will be amazed at how well this stuff works!

Place a few drops into your Ringnecks drinking water. Do this every other week. My Ringnecks are in pristine shape, all except my untamed Ringneck male, which is due to his mate.

This works wonders and I don’t know why others don’t practice it. It’s great at killing bacteria as well and provided them with the extra vitamins and minerals that they do not get. This stuff is MAGIC when it comes to birds.

Hope this helps and best wishes,
