I bought my IRN 5 months ago! I love him so much I provide him the very best that comes to my knowledge! (Excuse my English I m Greek and Johnny (my IRN) lives in Athens. I have some questions: Can he eat garlic? I v read somewhere that he can eat cinamon sticks is it ok? He eats coocked or raw food beacuse I dont trust the parrot foods and he has the whole house as a cage. He refuses to get into his cage and in general he is happy some times he inflates his feathers! Any advices will be more than welcome since I m new in the field.Thank you so much

its better that u dont feed him onions
as for cinnemon sticks Yes, safe and natural thing they love to destroy.
And it makes their cage smell nice

Not only that, if you ever have a problem with sugar ants, they don't like cinnamon. I sprinkle cinnamon around the base of the outdoor aviary because sugar ants are a problem here.
