Yes, these are my birds, which I have since month.Unfortunately, but unknown to the parents of the female.

This is defiantly a vitamin deficiency anxiety and combined with stress on the bird at moulting time would cause this to happen .A few years ago I thought I have had something on my hands but that clearly moults off eventually and the birds returns back to normal
